PX-700 Combines Compact Nature Of Privia Series With Traditional Cabinet Piano Functions
Casio will be sure to strike a chord with even the most fickle virtuosos as it unveils its newest Privia Digital Piano at CES in Las Vegas today. The PX-700 falls into rhythm with the other digital pianos in the Privia series by providing the same polished grand piano sound. This newest addition turns up the tempo by incorporating revolving high-volume box-type speakers underneath the keyboard, which can be turned to face either the player or the audience. Extensive research into furniture making has allowed Casio to develop a stylish looking piano with a sliding key cover in the compact nature of the Privia series.

The PX-700 comes with 11 tones, split/layer, digital effects, and 60 built-in tunes. The lesson function can be turned on or off to create a better teaching environment and also includes MIDI in/out, headphone jacks and powerful 8W stereo speakers.
Privia digital pianos offer a second-generation spring-less hammer system similar to those used in grand pianos, resulting in a sound practically identical to a baby grand piano.
